The Automation Engineer will be designing and commissioning industrial
automation controls for an automation integrator. You will be an integral team member that implements PLC applications, HMIs, drive systems and information solutions for large manufacturing customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience with designing, programming, and commissioning PLC systems in automated equipment
5+ years of experience with programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley or Siemens controls
Experience with developing HMI’s from scratch
Experience programming VFD’s and motion controllers
Experience with industrial network protocols such as Ethernet/IP
US Citizen or green card holder
Willing to travel up to 25%
BS in Engineering or Computer Science
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working for an automation integrator
Experience with with vision systems
