The CMM Programmer will be programming CMM machines for a medical, dental, and firearms manufacture.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
ITAR COMPLIANT: US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARDS ONLY
2+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer
2+ years of experience with GD&T Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Experience writing, developing, and debugging CMM machines
Experience with fixture design, managing and interperting data
Ok working for a company that manufactures firearms
AS in Engineering or related work experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience with Zeiss CMM with Calypso Software
Experience with medical, dental, or firearms metal parts manufacturing
Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience with Solidworks and MS Office Suite
Experience with creating inspection documents, balloon drawings, and Control Plans
Experience measuring optical comparator, micrometers, height-stands, indicators, calipers, thread gages, and V-blocks
BS in Engineering
Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000 DOE
Relocation package available up to $5k
