The Control Systems Engineer will designing contol systems for custom design and automation solutions that includes robotic assembly for their clients in virtually all industries. They will analyze customer requirements and specifications, perform electrical design of controls and power distribution, writes and tests PLC and HMI programs and tests control hardware and systems. Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity when applying engineering principles to design custom machining projects involving automation principles.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience designing control systems for manufacturing
3+ years of expereince programming FROM SCRATCH Allen Bradley PLC’s and HMI’s
Experience with vision systems and robotic programming
Experience with control and computer architecture, networking, and interfacing with higher-level computer systems
Ok with 25% travel
BS in Electrical Engineering or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience designing control systems for custom design automation manufacturer
Experience working for an OEM integrator
Experience programming with Siemens
Experience with LVDT and pressure transducers, dispense systems, temperature controllers, DC nutrunner torque controllers, current and power meters, induction heating systems, box erectors, labelers, laser markers, dot peen pin stampers
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 DOE
