The Electrical Engineering Project Manager will be managing a project team and electrical engineering capital projects from inception to completion that includes managing scope, budget, and timeline in order to support plant engineering, operations, and system maintenance for their rolled aluminum manufacturing plant equipment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Must be ITAR compliant
3+ years of experience as electrical engineering project manager or related in industrial manufacturing for capital projects
3+ years of project management experience including budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining project timelines
Experience managing external engineering and construction firms, equipment vendors, and suppliers
Strong customer facing skills
Comfortable with Union Environment
BS in Electrical Engineering or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working with rolled aluminum or metals manufacturing
Experience of typical rolling mill, support systems, & casting technologies
Experience with aluminum coil processing processes
Experience with projects focusing on environmental, health, and safety (EHS), quality, risk management, cost, and schedule
Experience working on 50-70 annual projects at a time
PMP or CAPM certifications
Six Sigma certifications
Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 DOE
Bonus: 12% annual bonus
