The Engineering Manager or Program Manager will be managing the engineering group that develops their turbomachinery. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, develop cost and schedule proposals with Sales & Marketing, manages department budget, and focus on continous improvement of developing their turbomachinery.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer for product development
Experience with turbomachinery design
Experience as an Engineering Manager or Program Manager
Experience with project management
Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers
ITAR COMPLIANCE: US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARDS ONLY
BS in Mechanical Egnineering or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
10+ years of experience as Mechanical Engineer with turbomachinery design
Experience with rotating equipment
Experience reducing design and test time without compromising product quality
MS in Mechanical Egnineering or related
Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 DOE
