The Equipment Engineering Technician – Dry Etch is a night position and main responsibilities are performing preventative maintenance and repair on semiconductor equipment. They will work with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues supporting production. Participate in the activities of the area shift pass-downs, and work on set priorities based on production requirements.
Shift: N2 (Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 pm – 6:00 am)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
OK working the night shift = 5:30pm to 6am
2+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance and repair on dry etch semiconductor equipment
Experience on dry etch LAM 9600, 9400, 4500, 2300
Experience performing diagnostic troubleshooting and repair on equipment
Experience re-building assemblies for Dry Etch fabrication
AS in Engineering or related experience including military
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience with Akrion Gamma, FSI Mercury, SEZ 203 and Bulk chemical Delivery Systems
Experience with Applied Materials Producer systems
Experience with Applied Materials DPS Metal, Applied Materials DPS Poly, Applied Materials EMAX Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials Super-E platforms
BS in Engineering
Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 DOE
