The HR Coordinator will be coordinating administration of human resources and office services, including personnel files, employee benefits, recruitment and HR administrative support.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1+ years of human resources and administrative experience 
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Ability to handle confidential information
Accurate data entry skills 
Professional phone manner and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Highly detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
Non-Smoker
AS in HR, Business, or related

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working for a manufacturer or wood manufacturer
Experience with ADP 
BS/BA in HR, Business, or related
