The Human Resources Manager will support the growing Retail organization for a piano manufacturer. This is both a strategic and hands-on position that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the retail team. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
They will be supporting a retail organization and developing HR programs to support business initiatives. Areas of responsibility include recruitment, performance management, employee relations, coaching and career development, employee program development and benefits administration.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in human resources working in luxury or fashion retail
Experience managing multiple projects is essential
Ability to deal with ambiguity and confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to travel periodically to retail showrooms across the country
BA or BS in human resources or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience partnering with retail management on recruitment, development, and employee relations
Experience developing retail handbook and coach managers in implementing programs and policies
Experience implementing goal setting and performance management programs
