The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the development of material handling and manufacturing process automation products and their application. They will provide unique and creative solutions for our customer’s manufacturing processes, and enerate engineering documentation for standard and special customer applications.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer or related in manufacturing
Experience with design in manufacturing, engineering, or warehouse material handling automation
Experience with robot and manufacturing process automation
Experience with AutoCAD or Solidworks
Ok with 25% travel
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience designing robotic and automation systems for warehouse material handling systems
Experience with vertical lift modules, vertical carousels, horizontal carousels
Experience with automated storage retreival systems ASRS
Experience with conveyor or sortation systems
Experience with in motion systems or warehouse management systems
Experience with FEA simulations
Experience with project management
Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000 DOE
