The New Product Development Engineer is responsible for new product design for their latches, fasteners, hinges, and monitor mounts that they manufacture. Ideally, this is a senior role that will involve leading product design projects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience with new product design for manufacturing
Experience with Solidworks or NX Software
Experience with project management including cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Experience designing small to medium sized metal products
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience designing latches, fasteners, hinges, or monitor mounts
Experience designing with NX Software (Relo candidates must have)
Experience with team leadership
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 DOE
Bonus: $5K differential bonus, and up to 8% annual bonus
