The Quality Manager assures the quality of products and services delivered to customers is achieved by directing, creating and controlling the organization’s policies, procedures, systems and inspection criteria/methods to ensure that the daily manufacturing operations produce high quality products that conform to our customer’s quality standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
5+ years HANDS ON experience with quality assurance systems
2+ years of experience as a Quality Manager
Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 and IATF16949 quality management standards
Experience driving continuous improvement processes (Get examples)
Experience analyzing and assessing problems and familiarity with GD&T
Experience with tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
Six Sigma certification
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience with Tier 1 automotive supplier or semiconductor industry
Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE
Experience with ITAR standards
