The Senior Maintenance Engineer supports the Reliability function by contributing to continual improvement of the Preventive Maintenance Program, repair techniques, equipment bills of materials (BOMs), maintenance job plans, spare parts and failure data collection and evaluation. They manufacture PGA (polyglycolic acid) resin at this location which is for specialty materials and plastics.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
5+ years of experience with maintenance engineering for chemical plant operation
Experience investigating equipment failures and implementing corrective actions
Experience working with distributed control systems (DCS)
Experience with continuous improvement for maintenance management system
BS ing Engineering Mechanical or Electrical (preferred)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience working with polyglycolic acid resin (PGA) or related
Experience with polymerization, crystallization, centrifuges, or separators
Experience developing maintenance strategies for process equipment and develop systems
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 DOE
