The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development of machining
processes that ensure safe production conditions, produce an outstanding level of
quality and meet both company and customer cost objectives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
10+ years of experience in an engineering role in a CNC machining environment
5+ years of experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD
5+ years of experience with CNC milling and turning
3+ years of recent experience with large precision metal parts machining
Experience with CAM software (Mastercam is a plus)
Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
CNC machining background
Experience with CNC tooling and fixture design and improvement
