The Supply Chain Manager will  oversee our SCM team and ensure the maintenance of customer and internal metrics are at acceptable levels. They will be responsible for managing the plants SCM continuous improvement plan, ensuring safe operation of the plants material handling equipment in accordance with published plant and corporate guidelines, and developing a team that has mastered the use of the IAC ERP system and “lean manufacturing” tools.

The Supply Chain Manager will implement the IAC SCM BASIAC's, manage the ECN process for continuous flow of materials, ensure the plant understands and achieves its logistics plan, and manage the plants inventory to achieve accuracy and turn objectives. The SCM will manage the SCM team to achieve 100% on-time delivery to the customer, 100% OTD for purchased goods, and continuous improvement actions for all issues preventing achievement of the objective. 

They manufacture automotive interior components and systems such as instrument panels and consoles, door systems, headliner and overhead systems, and cockpit and console systems.
