The Reliability Engineer is responsible for defining and driving design assurance and reliability requirements to ensure our products meet customer expectations of quality and performance through the product life cycle.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experinece as an engineer in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with FMEA and root cause analysis
2+ years of experience with product development or product improvement
Experience with creating test plans and test development
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with appliance manufacturing
Experience with electrical circuit reliability
Experience with HALT/HASS, Accelerated Life Testing
Experience with LabVIEW
Experiecne with Weibull analysis, Reliability Block Diagrams
