The Controls Engineer will be designing and programming control stystems for custom automated manufacturing equipment. They will work on both “off the shelf” machinery as well as fully custom projects from concept to installation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer working with automated manufacturing equipment
5+ years of experience programming Allen Bradley PLC’s
2+ years of experience programming motion controllers including servo drives
Recent experience programming PLC’s from scratch
Experience with programming HMI’s using FactoryTalk View
Experience with commissioning and site testing equipment
Willing to travel 25%
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working at an OEM/Automation Integrator
