The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing new projects from initiation to completion, including customer introduction, product engineering and design, commissioning, training, and post-commissioning follow-up.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer (or related) working with manufacturing equipment
Experience with managing projects from concept to completion
Experience working with instrumentation and controls for automated equipment
Able to read and interpret machine layouts and blueprints
Strong customer facing skills
Willing to travel 15% including some international (Canada)
Ok working in a small company environment
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in steel manufacturing
PMP certification
Experience with PLC programming
