The Senior Lead Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and continually improving the Quality Management System by facilitating continuous product and process improvements so we can exceed the expectations of those we service by providing high quality, innovative, value added products and services.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
8+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
2+ years of experience in a supervisory position with direct reports
Recent experience assembly or metal products manufacturing
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
Experience with analysis of variance (ANOVA) and regression analysis
Experience with implementing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with electronics or appliance manufacturing
ASQ Certification (CQE, CQM, CQA)
Experience managing engineers and technicians
