The Production Engineer will monitor and improve production processes as well as quality and safety standards within the business unit for a polymer and additive manufacturer. They will identify areas of improvement through collecting and analyzing data, and conduct investigations on issues and apply corrective actions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a Process or Production Engineering role in a batch manufacturing environment
2+ years of experience in an ISO9001 or GMP manufacturing environment
2+ years of experience with root cause analysis
2+ years of experience with management of change (MOC) and CAPA
Experience managing direct reports
Experience with quality investigations and improvements
Experience with data analysis including statistical process control (SPC)
Experience with Project Management for improvement projects
US Citizen or Permanant Resident
BS in Chemical Engineering or closely related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with reaction chemistry manufacturing processes
Experience with process safety management (PSM)
