The Maintenance Manager is hands-on position will provide leadership and guidance regarding the maintenance function and activities and support the manufacturing process by troubleshooting and making repairs to electrical,
pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance. They will be responsible for direct and indirect supervision of maintenance personnel.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with maintenance and repair of automated manufacturing equipment
5+ years of experience with creating and maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Experience with managing technicians as direct reports
Experience with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Experience with industrial facilities maintenance including electrical, HVAC, and gas
Experience with maintaining maintenance schedules within an ERP system
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with injection molding equipment
Experience with an automotive supplier
AS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Journeyman / Master Electrician certification
