The Product Innovation Engineer will work on conceptualizing and designing new products and improving existing products for water pumps, fountains, and aerators. They will work with end users and manufacturing to create easy to use and efficiently manufactured products that deliver the highest quality product to customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer working with new product development
5+ years of experience with 3D mechanical design using Solidworks
Experience with PDM software
Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA)
Experience with leading projects from concept to manufacturing
Experience with part fabrication and prototyping
Experience with GD&T
BS in Mechanical Engineering

Experience working with end users for product innovation
Experience with injection molding and mold design
Experience with 3D printing technologies
Experience with CNC machine fabrication
