The Assistant Manager of Electrical Maintenance is responsible for ensuring overall product quality, meeting productivity goals, machine safety and minimization of downtime through effective electrical equipment maintenance.They are a forging company that makes crankshafts for automobiles and light trucks.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in an Electrical Maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial facility
- 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervising position
- 10+ years of experience with electrical preventative maintenance for manufacturing equipment and machinery
- 10+ years of experience with troubleshooting PLCs, robots, and servo motors
- 10+ years of experience overseeing electrical maintenance operations and facilities maintenance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to be hands on as needed and on call for weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- AA Degree
Desired Experience
- Experience with supervising or managing a maintenance team
- BS in Engineering
- Experienced with budgeting and scheduling
