The UPS Field Service Engineer will work at the forefront of power technology, utilizing skills and experience in UPS, power distribution units, and power systems maintenance. They will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to data center customers, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems in data centers
5+ years of experience with uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems
5+ years of experience with power distribution units (PDU’s)
Experience with automatic transfer switches and branch circuit monitoring
Experience with installing electrical systems in data centers
Willing to travel up to 60%
Valid drivers license
BS in Electronics or related 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience as a field engineer working on customer sites
Experience working with product development to improve product lines based on customer feedback

Electrical Design Engineer

The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for the development of electrical designs of oil type transformers utilizing electrical design principles, appropriate industry standards and company design practices.  They will be responsible for producing technically accurate designs within schedule and budget requirements for projects across various industries and applications. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ year of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or related working with power related products 
5+ year of experience with CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD is a plus)
Experience with transformers, switchgear, or related power system components
Experience with reading and understanding power system schematics
Experience with testing and validation of electrical systems
Understanding of ANSI, IEEE, and NEC codes and standards
BS in Electrical Engineering or closely related

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with oil type transformer design
Experience with FEA/FEM analysis
Experience with project management 
Experience with material resource planning (MRP) software 
Experience mentoring younger engineers
