The SMT Process Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the coordination of new product launches, providing feedback to product design and the timely resolution of issues on the shop floor. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer 
5+ years of experience working with surface mount technology (SMT)
5+ years of experience with component identification 
Strong Project planning and drafting skills
Knowledge of circuit card and box build assemblies
Ability to pass Component ID and IPC-A-610 Solder Inspection Trainings
Strong communication skills and experience with client interactions
BS in Engineering

Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the coordination of new product launches, providing feedback to product design and the timely resolution of issues on the shop floor. This will be full product lifecycle from RFQ to production and improvements.  Also responsible for developing tooling (design and construction as necessary), and the specification of equipment used in component manufacturing.

The role is responsible for building manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery requirements.  They manufacture Industrial and Agricultural Products, is a vertically integrated manufacturer for automotive, truck and cab products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
2+ years of experience with Creo or related
Experience in reading AWS weld specifications
Experience with reading and interpreting geometric tolerances (GD&T) 
Experience with BOM’s and manufacturing routing changes using root cause analysis tools
Experience with quotes and proposals for RFQ’s
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
BS in Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience troubleshooting welding GMAW, RSW, DAW issue on production tooling
Experience troubleshooting dimensional and fixture issues on weld lines
Experience working in a welding production environment 
Experience working with John Deere
