The Tool & Die Engineer will oversee the design and development of metal stamping tools and dies to meet production and quality standards for a building materials manufacturer. They will also oversee the maintenance and repair of these tools as well as the tool room employees.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
8+ years of experience with designing tooling and dies in a metals machining environment
5+ years of experience with 3D CAD software (Solidworks is a preferred)
Experience with design and maintenance of metal stamping tools
Experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and wire EDM machines
Expereience with overseeing hourly tool makers
Project management experience
BS in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
