The Quality Technican will support our Quality Manager in ensuring product excellence and compliance with industry standards in a metal manufacturing enviroment. This position is integral to maintaining the high-qulaity standards while streamlining quality assurance processes. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years of experience as a Quality Tech/Engineer in a manufacturing enviroment
2+ years of experience reading drawings for production
2+ years of experience with Calipers and/or Micrometers
2+ years of experience with CMMs
Experience with documentation and updating of quality paperwork
Experience with ISO9001 standards
Experience with First Piece Inspection
Experience with handling production rejections

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Associates degree or higher
Experience with Metal Manufacturing

CMM Programmer

The CMM Programmer will ensure the correct use of advanced quality planning and engineering to enhance the quality, reliability, and acceptance of systems, processes, and products.  Provide a professional level of quality customer service to both internal and external customers/suppliers This is an automotive metals manufacturing facility. 

REQUIRED EXPEIRENCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years of experience as a Quality position using CMMs
3+ years of experience with using and programming CMM (PCDMIS)
Experience with IATF16949 quality standards

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with metal manufacturing or machining processes
Experience with using and programming CMM (PCDMIS)
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Experience with 8-D and Why Methodology
