The Quality Mananger will organize and effectively implement the company QA and manage its daily operation in a production facility specializing in producing the high precision titanium tube products for very demanding markets like Aerospace and Medical Device. They will maintain and improve the Quality Management Systems to meet industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and NQA-1 and provide overall leadership to the EHS Manager in implementing the company EHS plan.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role with direct reports
Experience with AS9100 or ASME NQA-1 quality standards
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
Experience leading internal and external quality audits
Experience with nondestructive testing (NDT)
US Citizen
Bachelors degree (Engineering Preferred)
