The Continuous Improvement Team Leader will be responsible to ensure adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, improve operational efficiency, and reduce waste throughout the site's manufacturing operations.
REQUIRED EXPERINECE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience implementing Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles
5+ years of experinece with FMEA and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Experience managing Continuous Improvement projects
BS in Engineering or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in paper or textile manufacturing
Experience with managing multiple direct reports
Six Sigma Certification
