The Electrical Controls Engineer will be programming automated packaging equipment largely for food and consumer goods manufacturing customers. They will be both programming from scratch and from a library of developed programs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in an OEM or manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience programming automated machinery
2+ years of experience programming from scratch Allen Bradley, ABB, and Schneider controls
2+ years of experience with servos and motion controllers
Experience with HMI programming with FactoryTalk View
Experience with capital projects and automation equipment commissioning
Experience with industrial network protocols (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNET, ControlNET)
BS in Engineering
