The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing the Human Resources function of an automotive manufacturing facility, to include recruiting, benefit administration, employee relations, unemployment and lay-offs, leaves, payroll, compensation and special projects.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a Human Resources position
5+ years of experience with coordinating employee benefits and compensation
Experience managing HR employees such as Coordinators, Generalists, or Talent Acquisition roles
Experience with setting and managing employee policies and procedures
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in a manufacturing facility
CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP or CCP certification
