The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical manufacturing support required for the production of high-quality products from the design phase through all phases of production. They will act as liaison between the Design Engineers, Production, and quality Departments to promote efficient and well-organized manufacturing operations. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a precision machining environment
5+ years of experience with creating manufacturing processes for new products and improving existing processes in an ISO 9001 environment
Experience with creating process flow charts and control plans
Experience with root cause analysis and PFMEA
Experience with Solidworks 
Experience with defining requirements for fixtures and tooling
BS in Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with electromechanical assembly
Experience with metal stamping
Experience with wire EDM machines

Sr. Mechanical Engineer

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will work directly with ownership and senior management, while being the primary point person on technical concerns with customers, internal manufacturing, and subcontracting resources. They are expected to keep pace with the latest technologies and materials available in the field of high reliability electric motors and drivers and contribute significantly to the overall strategic direction and engineering competency of the company. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer designing electromechanical products
10+ years of experience with design and simulation using Solidworks
5+ years of experience with designing brushless AC/DC motors
5+ years of experience with new product development and introduction
5+ years of experience with project management for product development
Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA)
Experience with tooling and fixture design
BS in Mechanical Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with designing electromechanical medical devices
Experience with SimCenter MotorSolve simulation software
Experience with hermetically sealed packages
Experience leading a team of engineers
