The Quality Engineer will focus on continuous improvement and working cross-functionally with Engineering, Production Operations, and Customer service in a metal machining environment.  This position works closely with customers to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations within the structure of the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.

REQUIRED EXPEIRENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a metal machining environment
5+ years of experience with ISO 9001 quality standards
Experience with CNC mill and lathe machining processes
Experience with geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience with first article inspection (FAI) and PPAP approval processes
Experience with Gage R&R
Experience with FMEA to identify and correct quality issues

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with using and programming CMM (PCDMIS)
Experience with GageTrac calibration software
Experience working with John Deere or Caterpillar as a customer

Sr. Mechanical Engineer

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will manage manufacturing improvement projects and supports the maintenance department in troubleshooting building and equipment repairs; conducts testing of new equipment, as well as making modifications to existing processes and equipment. This role works in conjunction with operations management in making modifications to processes and equipment work instructions in a chemical manufacturing environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering role in a process manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment including hydraulic systems, and motion controls 
5+ years of experience with leading improvement projects including budgeting and ROI calculations
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
Basic electrical skills including troubleshooting electrical systems and PLC’s
Travel up to 25%
BS in Mechanical Engineering or closely related

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
Project management experience 
Six Sigma Certification
