The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, documentation, and support of software packages supported by Diagnostics Software Services (DSS) for a healthcare IT company. They will be working with the Sr. Development team doing internal configs for an in-house software based on customer/project managers request/direction. Documentation includes change request forms, SSD approval, tech spec documents, verification reports/plans, and issue handling from internal ticketing systems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience configuring software
Experience with SQL Server
Experience with Web site/Server set-up, config, and troubleshooting
Customer facing is HUGE for this position
Okay with up to 30% travel – domestic
