The Process Engineer  provides technical support to Operations, Maintenance, Facilities Engineering, and corporate departments within a filration material manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include: leading plant improvement projects, supporting capital projects, providing technical support to production teams, resolving regulatory issues, and developing/delivering technical training. This role requires independent problem-solving, feasibility assessments, and project management within budget and timelines.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
7+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in a continuous process manufacturing environment-What type and must be recent.
7+ years of experience with applying Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement
7+ years of experience with creating and improving manufacturing processes
Experience with root cause analysis and FMEA
Experience leading continuous improvement and capital projects
Experience with creating process flow diagrams (PFD) and P&ID drawings 
Experience with cost analysis for improvement projects
Travel up to 30%
Must be a US citizen
BS in Chemical Engineering

The Senior Project Manager leads one or more major capital improvement projects for the manufacturing of activated carbon filtration with a combined portfolio of up to $40 million. They are accountable for all aspects of projects beginning with scope definition and justification, and extending through design, construction, and start-up. Project responsibilities include planning and control of scope, schedule, budget and quality. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager ensures all projects satisfy financial reporting requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
10+ years of experience with managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment
10+ years of experience with developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules
5+ years of experience managing engineering and construction contractors
Experience with defining equipment design and specifications
Experience with procurement of capital equipment and managing supplier timelines
Experince with ERP systems for project management (SAP is a plus)
PMP Certification
BS in Engineering
