The Controls Engineer will be responsible for programming, installing, and troubleshooting automated equipment and controls for production frac sand for the oil and gas industry.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a processing or mining environment
3+ years of experience with programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC’s
Experience with developing and troubleshooting Wonderware HMI’s
Experience with AC, DC, and servo motion controllers
Experience with industrial networking such as Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet
Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems 120, 240 and 480V
Experience with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and P&ID’s
Willing to work outdoors exposed to heat & weather
BS in Electrical Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in the oil & gas industry (Frac sand huge plus)
Experience working with Dryers, Baghouses, or Dust Collectors

Manufacturing Engineering Manager

This position is a hands-on role that collaborates with various departments to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in an engineering role in a medical device manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience managing engineers in a manufacturing environment
Experience with manual and automated manufacturing process development
Experience with implementing lean manufacturing principles and leading continuous improvement projects
Experience with ISO 13485 quality standards
Experience with setting and managing department budgets
BS in Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with electronics manufacturing (electronic medical devices ideal)
Experience with clean room environments
