Responsible for contributing to the development of a more efficient use of control panels. The Electrician supports mining operations by decreasing equipment downtime maintaining an accident-free environment.
***This is a nightshift position***
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrican in industrial or manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC's
Experience with developing and troubleshooting Wonderware HMI's
Experience with AC, DC, and servo motion controllers
Experience with industrial networking such as Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet
Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems 120, 240 and 480V
Experience with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and P&ID's
Willing to work outdoors exposed to heat & weather
Okay with working one weekend a month, 10-12 hour shifts (3-4 day work week), and willing to be on call as needed
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working in a processing or mining environment
Associates, Techanical, or Bachelor's Degree
Journeyman Electrician License
