The Director of Global Software Sales will lead and expand the worldwide sales of our turbomachinery software suite. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a global sales team and channel partners, and shaping strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical software sales, international market development, and team leadership.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
10+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales leadership role in an aerospace or industrial field (Design and manufacturing software a huge plus)
5+ years of experience with creating and executing
5+ years of experience leading an international sales team
5+ years of experience with identifying new clients and developing existing clients
Experience with marketing or sales software (HubSpot is plus)
Experience taking customer feedback to and market trends to guide product improvement
Experience with reporting and forecasting sales results to executive leadership
Proven track record developing high performance sales team
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Willing to travel as needed up to 30%
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related

Experience with CAE/CAM software sales
Experience in technical sales with turbomachinery
