The Maintenance Engineer will develop and maintain the plant maintenance plan as well as identify and implement opportunities for improvement in equipment safety, quality of output, and reliability.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a Maintenance or Manufacturing Engineering position in a manufacturing environment (automotive highly preferred)
5+ years of experience with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Experience with troubleshooting PLC's
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with a Teir I OR Teir II automotive supplier
Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, vision systems, or robots
Experience with machine design or modification
