The Molding Team Lead will monitor work of associates to ensure production requirements are met. Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Perform adjustments to production line. Complete required documentation and train associates in machine processes and problem solving.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working with molding machines in a manufacturing environment
Experience with machine set up and changeover
Experience working within a quality management system for manufacturing
Experience training employees on manufacturing equipment and safety
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Expeirence with plastic injection molding
Experience with large scale molds (need to be placed with a crane)
Experience in a supervisory role with direct reports
Experience in automotive manufacturing
Experience with reading blueprints
Experince with statistical process control (SPC)
