The Product Definition Manager is expected to manage the CAD group and ensure that the 3D models, drawings, and assemblies are of the highest quality. The Product Definition Manager is expected to plan and manage all CAD work, act as the primary administrator for Solidworks PDM, act as a senior checker and manage CAD processes and improvements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience with creating design and parametric modeling using Solidworks
5+ years of experience with Solidworks PDM including managing workflows and egineering change processes
Experience managing and checking other Mechanical Engineers and designers drawings
Experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment
US Citizen or Green Card holder
BS in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
DESIRED EXPERINCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with turbomachinery design
