As a Senior Process Engineer for seamless tube manufacturing, you will be a subject matter expert and support continuous improvement efforts across all manufacturing processes. You will be expected to become proficient in key processes including tube reducing (pilger), pilger tool design, tube finishing processes, and vacuum annealing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with applying metallurgy to metal forming processes
Experience with metal rolling or forging
Experince with failure analysis and investigations
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and regression analysis
BS in Metallurgy or Material Science
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with metal tube manufacturing
Experience with chemical milling or polishing
Experience metallagraphic analysis
