The Technical Support Specialist will act in a full cycle support role from delivering new equipment to customers and training on operation to troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment and relaying issues or recommendations to product development and continuous improvement teams. This position will have total technical ownership of surface rotary drills.
REQUIRED EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a technical role with surface drilling equipment including rotary drills
Experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with troubleshooting hydrualic or pneumatic systems
Experience with working with product development to improve products based on customer feedback
Strong communication and reporting skills
Willing to travel 60% domestic and international
DESIRED EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS:
Experience supporting mining equipment
Fluent in Spanish
