A dynamic manufacturing organization specializing in precision engineering and advanced technology, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and evolve our sourcing, purchasing, and materials functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, managing procurement operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving activities across all business units.

Success in this role requires a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience identifying and implementing change in a low-volume, high-mix, highly technical manufacturing environment. Delegation may be limited at times, and direct engagement is expected—particularly in supplier development, inventory optimization, and process improvement. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as Supply Chain Management for manufacturing or highly technical enviroment
3+ years of experience supervising or managing
Experience in heavy industrial environment using Lean Manufacturing concepts in daily continuous improvement activities
BS in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering or related

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience in heavy industrial environment using Lean Manufacturing concepts in daily continuous improvement activities
Certified practitioner in either ISM (CPSM) or APICS (CPIM or CSCP)
Experience with purchasing, inbound logistics, receiving, warehousing, material movement, sourcing and supplier relations
Experience developing and maintaining processes that expose defects or process gaps within or that affect supply chain
Experience designing and managing plant processes required to effectively and efficiently flow material front receipt to the point of use

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the mechanical updating and modernizing legacy converting machinery (winders, bag machines, bag separators) for the flexible film industry. This person will evaluate machinery to determine the most efficient method to update/upgrade the mechanical functionality then design, document, and ensure quality of the modernization from start to finish.
 
This is a small, fast-moving company where your work is highly visible, and your impact is immediate. The right person will have a clear path to grow into a management position or expand into a larger leadership role as the company scales.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Designer creating new or updating machinery for manufacturing
  • 3+ years of experience designing in SolidWorks
  • 3+ years of experience designing new & revised mechanical parts and assemblies
  • Willing to be hands on in the shop with evaluations, measurements, and mechanical assembly
  • Firm understanding of dimensional tolerances and fits between mating parts
  • Strong communications skills (Client facing position)
  • Hands on mentality and willing to wear multiple hats

 
Desired Experience

Controls Engineer

This person will have a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently while wearing multiple hats in a small business environment.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer (or similar) in a manufacturing and/or OEM environment
  • 5+ years of experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs.  
  • 2+ years of experience with RSLogix / Studio 5000
  • 2+ years of experience with ladder logic and/or structured text
  • 2+ years of experience with servos and motion controllers
  • 2+ years of experience designing control panels
  • Ability to operate interfaces, design controls, write technical control write-ups for automation projects, and train customers
  • Hands on mentality and willing to wear multiple hats

  • Proven ability to take conceptual designs and independantly identify required components, assemble them, and integrate complete systems that deliver the intended operational outcome.

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
