The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical manufacturing support required for the production of high-quality products from the design phase through all phases of production. They will act as liaison between the Design Engineers, Production, and quality Departments to promote efficient and well-organized manufacturing operations. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a precision machining environment
5+ years of experience with creating manufacturing processes for new products and improving existing processes in an ISO 9001 environment
Experience with creating process flow charts and control plans
Experience with root cause analysis and PFMEA
Experience with Solidworks 
Experience with defining requirements for fixtures and tooling
BS in Engineering

Plant Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer will be designing, programming and troubleshooting, electrical components for custom automation equipment in a plant which manufactures belts for multiple industries. This position will also be responsible for helping teach and train UAW electricians in the plant with troubleshooting PLC’s and motor controls.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of hands on experience as and Electrical Engineer (or related) in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience with programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley, Omron, or Mitsubishi PLC’s
5+ years of experience with installing and troubleshooting motor controls & AC/DC drives
Experience with HMI programming and troubleshooting
Experience reading and designing electrical schematics in AutoCAD
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Experience with NEC and NFPA standards
AS or trade school equivalent (electrical, industrial, etc.)
