REQUIRED EXPEREINCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in a quality focused role in window manufacturing
Experience with creating and maintaining quality standards in manufacturing
Experience with problem solving using root-cause, 8D, 5-why, or similar techniques
Experience with analizing and documenting statistical data
BS in Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIECNE AND SKILLS:
Experience as a Quality Manager OR Engineering Manager

Technical Manager

The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coil process and product management, with a primary focus on enhancing performance, maximizing material recovery, reducing process waste, and optimizing conversion costs. This involves implementing technical solutions, providing training, and maintaining rigorous process control standards for their alumimin products they manufacture.

They will ensure that all metallurgical, technical, and quality criteria specified by customers for coil products are consistently met. They will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the Quality Management Systems within the CPG, aiming to improve overall Customer Quality Satisfaction. As a technical leader, they will directly supervise a team of process and quality professionals in the CPG area, guiding their efforts towards achieving these objectives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Must be ITAR compliant
5+ years of experience with aluminium, metals, or regulated manufacturing
Experience as a supervisor for technical or engineering professionals
Experience with project management and leading mulitple teams
Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
Experience reducing quality losses
Comfortable with Union Environment
BS in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience working with rolled aluminum manufacturing
Experience with aluminum coil processing processes
Six Sigma certification
Experience working with competitors Aleris, Arconic, Special Metals, Novelis, Kaiser, United Aluminum
MS in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering

Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 DOE
Bonus: 16% annual bonus
