The Controls Engineer will be responsible for programming, installing, and troubleshooting automated equipment and controls for production frac sand for the oil and gas industry.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a processing or mining environment
5+ years of experience with programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC's
Experience with developing and troubleshooting Wonderware HMI's
Experience with AC, DC, and servo motion controllers
Experience with industrial networking such as Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet
Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems 120, 240 and 480V
Experience with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and P&ID's
Willing to work outdoors exposed to heat & weather
BS in Electrical Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in the oil & gas industry (Frac sand huge plus)
