The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for maintaining the process and manufacturing equipment required to operate a cGMP pharmaceutical facility.

This is a second shift position (1:00pm to 9:30pm).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician in a manufacturing environment
Experience with low voltage AC & DC circuits up to 480V
Experience working with compressors, chillers, pumps, and packaging equipment
Experience working with CMMS software
Okay working 2nd shift

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
Experience with troubleshooting PLC's 
Recent experience in the pharmaceutical, food & bev, or chemical industries
Experience with PLC programming or modifying code
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies (Certification huge plus)

Assistant Manager of Maintenance

This is a 3rd shift position- 11pm-7am.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a Maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial facility
  • 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervising position
  • 10+ years of experience with preventative maintenance for manufacturing equipment and machinery 
  • 10+ years of experience with maintenance for manufacturing building systems including HVAC, air handling, plumbing, pumps, valves, and hydraulic devices
  • 10+ years of experience overseeing production maintenance operations and facilities maintenance 
  • Experienced with budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be hands on as needed and on call for weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
