We are actively recruiting hands-on SMT/PCB manufacturing professionals across multiple experience levels for a high-growth EMS facility. Open roles span from SMT Programming Engineer through senior PCB/PCBA Subject Matter Expert and Engineering Leadership. You must must have direct, floor-level SMT and PCB/PCBA manufacturing experience 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (ALL ROLES):
8+ years of experience as a SMT and PCB/PCBA Manufacturing Experience
8+ years of RECENT SMT and PCB/PCBA experence
8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-accountability EMS production environment
Proven floor-level experience within an EMS / PCB / SMT manufacturing environment
Direct hands-on exposure to PCB and PCBA processes (not peripheral or support roles)
Strong working knowledge of SMT processes: placement, reflow, profiling, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-600)
Ability to identify, disposition, and resolve manufacturing defects and process issues in real time
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams

SMT Programming & Technical Engineer (Level 1)
Fuji platform and Nexim software expertise
Experience with technical data management, documentation, and process compliance
Demonstrated process optimization on SMT programming lines

SMT Process Engineer (Level 2)
Line optimization, yield improvement, and automation experience
Ability to support operational scaling and modernization efforts
Experience with component identification and assembly process troubleshooting

PCB/PCBA Subject Matter Expert (Level 3)
Deep knowledge of PCB/PCBA manufacturing chemistry and process-side operations
IPC-A-610 and IPC-600 certification or equivalent training
Demonstrated ability to disposition complex defects independently on the production floor
High-visibility, expert-doer profile — daily production and engineering floor presence required

Engineering & Lean Operations Leader (Level 4)
Lean manufacturing background (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
IPC certification preferred
Experience leading and growing technical engineering teams
Track record of driving operational efficiency, accountability, and process improvement
Project management experience and strong organizational skills

Senior Controls Engineer

This person will support plant automation by programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, robotic equipment, VFDs, servos, and process machinery while also helping design and implement new control systems for process improvement, capital expansion, and equipment modernization projects. They will work closely with production, maintenance, junior engineers, and outside integrators from design through installation, startup, and ongoing production support.

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for stewarding and elevating the Quality Management System (QMS). This position oversees all aspects of QMS maintenance and compliance as they pertain to AS9100, ISO 9001, and OEM approvals. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for certifications, compliance, corrective actions, calibration, document control, and quality-related training.

The position is ideally suited for a candidate who is a seasoned quality professional, displays deep aerospace, defense, and regulatory knowledge, and has the organizational leadership skills to drive compliance across all business units.
This position is a hybrid role but there is an initia training period which requires you to be 100% onsite. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a quality position in a precision manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience with AS9100 or similar quality enviroments (aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing)
5+ years of experience with precision measurement tools such as CMM's, calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators 
5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Experience leading teams
Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings including GD&T
Experience with statistical process control (SPC)
Experience with managing and monitoring QMS performance metrics to identify trends and develop effective mitigation plans
US Perm Resident or Citizen (ITAR)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment and AS 9100 quality standards
AS9100 lead auditor certification
Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements and experience navigating quality requirements of government contracts in collaboration with DCMA
